POSITION SUMMARY

ETW Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide crucial support to our sales representatives and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and file management.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Enter completed contracts into CRM and manage state requirements for submittal.
• Coordinate sales-related activities including meetings and event planning.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales metrics, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Generate reports on sales activities and performance.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

• Proven experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend sales functions.
• Stamina to work long hours and under pressure during peak sales periods.
